Love watching ballet. My half brother was a ballet dancer in his youth. He performed the title role in The Nutcracker at the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco back in the 1970's. My favorite ballet star is Patrick Dupond who appeared in the film "She Dances Alone" (1980) about Krya Nijinsky. It was filmed in my neighborhood of Bernal Heights in San Francisco. I enjoy reading about Vaslav Nijinksky. I once attended the Joffrey Ballet's revival of "Le Sacre du Printemps". My late father and I adored the film "The Red Shoes" (194 with Moira Shearer.
